Hi, I’m Sherri Smith, the founder and principal owner of My Faithful Assistant, LLC.

I’ve successfully built a half dozen freelance businesses, as well as, coached dozens of other freelancers to help them grow their own businesses.

To this day, I still provide service to some of my first clients, from back in 2000, when I opened My Faithful Assistant‘s doors for business.

Over the years, I have setup and managed blogs, websites and eCommerce sites for product based and service based industries. I’ve created eBooks and videos on how to techniques, as well as, created training manuals and videos. I’ve provided product photography, industry research and product reviews. I’ve provided content marketing for online and print publications. I’ve provided case studies, client testimonials and interviews. I’ve ghostwritten articles for blogs, websites, newspapers, as well as, medical and trade magazines. I’ve also provided transcription services.

How much does it cost?

Every client is unique in their needs and their goals. Therefore, we customize each package to every client. We also evolve the client’s package to their changing needs.

We offer a One Hour FREE Consultation for every project. We offer also FREE Estimates on each and every project.

When contacting us, please choose the best day / time that works for you, for us to have a phone consultation. Sherri will be your contact person and initiate the call on the day of your consultation.

During the consultation, we will answer any questions you have, as well as, ask questions of our own. We want to make sure we thoroughly understand your business goals.

We offer retainer packages for clients who prefer consistent support services every month or every year.

We also offer project based packages for clients who only need services on occasion or for specific projects.

Our training packages are customized to each client’s specific need and number of programs they’d like to learn.

Our coaching packages are customized as well for each client and their specific needs.

We are committed to our client’s deadlines for each project. Deadlines are setup during our client consultations and continual communication is kept throughout each project. We keep in touch with each client in the way they prefer; email, phone, Skype, Google Hangout, etc.

My Faithful Assistant keeps each client’s information confidential. We will not sell your information or trade secrets, nor will we discuss them or the business services we provide for you. The creative services we provide each client are solely owned by those clients. We do not keep the creative rights to those services.

We have a vested interest in each client’s success and growth of their business. We believe in a team approach to our business with each client. That’s why you’ll receive a team approach to our business with you!

What happens next:

From the consultation, we’ll come away with the right plan of action for your business needs. Sherri will follow-up the conversation with an email summary, as well as, an estimate.

Once the estimate is approved by you, we’ll spell out each service that we’ll be performing along with the cost and deadline for the project in a contract.

Every client is required to sign a contract and a 50% deposit is required before any service begins. Payments are processed through a secure, American online credit card processor.
